Custom Design Process
The timings are estimates, it all depends on the number of styles you have and how busy we are at the time.
- PATTERNS + TOILES (4-5 WEEKS)
We create a pattern and toile for each style. (It takes 2-3 weeks for sampling fabric to arrive) - SAMPLES (2-3 WEEKS)
We make a sample of each style in your choice of fabric and size. You can choose which fabric you want per style and what colour you prefer to sample in. - GRADING (2-3 WEEKS)
We turn your patterns into different sizes and make a copy of this on the card, ready for production. (Bulk fabric can be ordered during this stage which takes 2-3 weeks to arrive) - PRODUCTION (4-8 WEEKS)
We mass-produce each style in your choice of fabrics and sizes.
REady Design Process

We order the fabrics required for your samples, we do not keep stock of many colours so we need to order the fabrics. - SAMPLES (2 WEEKS)
We make a sample of each style in your choice of fabric and size. You can choose which fabric you want per style and what colour you prefer to sample in. - BULK FABRIC/TRIMS ORDER (2-3 WEEKS)
We order bulk fabric for your production, it takes 2-3 weeks for the fabrics to arrive. - PRODUCTION (4-8 WEEKS)
We mass produce each style in your choice of fabrics and sizes.
